No matter the price Bras are soooooo uncomfortable.
I came home for lunch yesterday and took that bra off!!! I put on a camisole but going back to work I felt soooooo much better 😁
Bars makes your boobs sag because they weakens the muscles supporting your boobs.

I have rather big boobs and I lately have been trying to go without a bra, it's just more comfortable. They stay in place. If women have to wear bras in public then so should men with gynecomastia aka man boobs.

it depends on what the woman is comfortable with, the type of clothing she is wearing, and where she is going to, most day-to-day activities require a bra, but their are situations were not wearing a bra is fine

I'm thinking about stopping wearing bras because I have sensory processing disorders which means I can feel the outline of every little part of the bras, and it is so uncomfortable that I have to try not to have a meltdown while I'm out in public. The issue is that it's such a societal norm that if a woman doesn't wear a bra, she runs the risk of having questions asked, having people giving her nasty looks. I, myself, have received no end of foul looks when I left the house without one on. It's also because women's breasts are seen as a sexual thing, and they aren't a sexual organ, they are literally just over-sexualized by people in today's society. If a woman doesn't want to wear a bra, she should feel safe in doing so. Rant over, sorry.

I agree that most public settings do require a bra. However your comment about conserving your girls for when you are older is incorrect. There have been several studies done that show bras actually weaken the connective tissues in your breast. Do something to think about. Love your videos though!

I will be so glad when bras go the way of the corset. I say this as a pendulous bosomed woman. It is because I'm busty that I ditched bras. It was too expensive , uncomfortable and demoralizing to shop for bras. Yes, I am used to the aesthetic and wish I could look like a perky model as I rock bralessness, but I don't. It's just me in all my saggy glory and it does make me feel a bit better about myself.

I prefer to wear a bra when I'm out and about but I have nothing to say on whether someone else should wear one or not – that's their business – not mine.

As long as you wear a bra to work, where your image is representing a company, I say do what you do because its makes YOU feel good... and not because of what anyone else might think. Do you Boo! Who wants to invest their precious time worrying and judging what other women are doing with their boobs? not me. I rather redirect that energy at what I look and feel like :D

You actually don't need a bra although it does make life easier for some heavy set women. Lol the only thing that bothers me about not wearing a bra is something poking through. Well that's what pasties are for lol.

I agree with the comment or.in fact, I just viewed a video and the "wife" of the videographer was sans bra and I very politely asked if by chance she could next video put a bra on under her chamise or dancers tape.("dancers" don't have to be "stripper", ballet dancers wear tape on stage) but I was respectfully submitting the comment and I got ripped all day for that statement so...I unsubscribed and I deleted.
I totally 100% agree with the bra controversy!

It's really weird how everyone thinks it's so progressive to not wear a bra. Bra's haven't even existed for most of history! So they're just another piece of clothing that is prone to the ways of fashion. They go in and out of style and what's trendy changes all the time. Remember the no-bra trend of the 90s? Or how suddenly bralettes appeared everywhere? This "must wear bras" craze is just another fashion period that will eventually pass.
So I definitely don't view it as something you HAVE to wear. Personally I even avoid wearing one, unless I have to because of my outfit (yay for small boobies!). And bras make your chest muscles lazy and consequentially your boobs start sagging sooner.

For people w/ very large breasts, I can see that it might be uncomfortable to not wear a bra.
However, it has been shown that the right exercises will keep the sag away, and that wearing a bra helps make the muscles weak---Just what we don't want!
At the end of the day, it's what makes the person feel good in their own skin!
(Admittedly, there may be some occasions when one should not show everything! :) )

Just like women do not want to see men in jogging pants without underwear no one wants to see a woman without a bra. It's just vulgar . Undergarments keeps body parts from flopping around. On one wants to see it other than ones significant other

Hi Lauren, I'm team bra. I like bras....there are so many colors, fabrics, and styles to choose. Going bra less is not an attractive look especially when you are running to catch a train or the subway in nyc.

Question Lauren:  how can I tell if I have a shopping addiction or a common shopping impulse? I constantly find myself on a grind to have this 'functional woredrobe' but I never quite seem to get to comfortable spot where the shopping ceases. Every other day I'm online or in a store looking for stuff to get to the end of this urge to have a 'completed woredrobe'. Side note: I do return a lot so that's saving me from going into debt but I do loose money in the process of all this because some item are retained.

Hello Lauren, I think you are so classy! I have a question. What to wear when you don't work and have a pretty relaxed schedule?
I want to look nice at home for myself and my husband and still be comfortable. I am a"mature" (not old) woman and respect and admire your professional advice. Thank you!!

I think it all depends on the girl and her size. I am almost flat chested and in the winter when I have lots of layers on it makes no difference wet here I where one or not

I hate wearing bras and most of the time I forgo wearing a bra. If I must wear a bra i.e when wearing a white t-shirt or a top that's see-through, I wear a bralette. I am also small chested and often don't wear form fitting tops.

I know society is not ready for braless women and I have mixed feelings about it. Now here is a variation on that question, are unpadded bras acceptable. I cannot stand wires and padding so I don't wear them. However, if I am wearing a t-shirt or some thin material top then the shape of the nipple will be visible even with the bra on. What are your thoughts on this?

I mostly wear bralettes. I only own one strapless bra and I do admit that I'm not comfortable in it either. I hate bras with underwire. They stick to my bones and I always silently wish to remove them when I'm wearing them. I like the idea of going braless sometimes because I'm flat-chested, but I can't think of any piece of clothing that can hide my nipples well. I'll stick to bralettes for now.

I love the no bra trend. It's so empowering and liberating for women to own their bodies! As a bustier girl, I'm not personally comfortable with it, but I applaud every woman who is.

Hi Lauren, your videos are so helpful! But as a 17 year old soon to graduate high school, and it's sometimes hard for me to find a way to apply the (great) things you suggest to my wardrobe. You may have already covered this in another video, but is there any tips you could suggest for ladies of a younger age? Thank you!
