About :

Sharks have the reputation of being cold-blooded killers that will attack and try to eat just about anything. But in reality, they are actually a lot pickier than many people realize - Attacks on humans are very very rare. But even the "cold-blooded" portion isn't even true - at least not when it comes to Great Whites. Because they are in fact part of a small group of sharks that can elevate their body temperatures above the water temperature - effectively becoming warm-blooded. Here's how they do it.

Part 2 will be released in 1-2 months. For now, I wanna do other topics.
Also: This is one of the first videos where I didn't cover a story (so to speak) but more of a scientific concept, which required a more minimalistic animationstyle. I just hope it wasn't too dry.

Long story short-- Cold-blooded killer sharks eat warm-blooded fish.
The heat from the fish warms up the shark once inside the shark.

YouTube needs to get rid of the 10 minute rule. So many youtubers are forced to add filler to their videos and it’s really annoying for everyone BUT YouTube.

Ducks have a counter-current heat exchange system in their feet, which is how they can swim in near-freezing water with warm feet and avoid tissue damage.
