1: Believe in your product.
2: Make a bunch of calls
3: Stick to a script that works.
4: There are 2 type of closers in my experience, a funnel guy and a hardcore one call closer. Whatever works do it.
5: Act in your mind like you already made a sale one your first call in the morning. The more relaxed you are the more money you will make.
6: GET A RID OF THE COMMISION BREATH!! PEOPLE WANNA BUY BUT THEY DON'T WANNA BE SOLD!!!!!

uuuummm...not quite right...
1. yes, have a motivation (very important)
2. positive mindset ( you'd be surprised how many people stop after just one road block)
3. DONT QUIT
4. telling isnt selling, ask questions to take control of the sale
5. DONT QUIT
6.ALWAYS CLOSE right after you answer a customers question and after you ask them if they understand and they say yes.
7. FOR THE LOVE OF GOD DONT BE A QUITTER
8. top sell down, make the customer feel like they are getting a good deal by building value and top selling down with higher pricing. (people want to feel like they are getting a good deal!)
9. use emotional and visual language. (lay-mans terms)
10. dont leave money on the table, offer everything you sell and start with the largest package.
11. get the customer to agree to parts of the service or product and just assume they are buying and CLOSE. DO NOT make outright statements that convey-- "so are you going to buy this?" instead say "what card are you using to buy this? is it a visa?"


sales seems so simple yet when you get into it you'll find its complex. its interesting because its complex to simplify things for people and get them to buy.
