I don't find it to be a good thing to be sucking the hot air off the back and top of the vid into the cpu cooler like this model is doing.
I do like the pipe tech it's using, maybe can convince them to think about front to back model.
Need good height clearance for tall memory modules.

The "Thermosyphon" is as big as a VCR and is well made to break your motherboard, that'll make it MUCH COOLER, because broken motherboards don't generate heat!!! Awesome design...............to break motherboards!

Watercooling is alive, the "Thermosyphon" is garbage, but the review that was paid for was nice!

Watercooling is dead for those who either don't give af about looks, those who has a closed case with no glass and/or those who hate (Sith level hate) RGB lighting. For me though... Bring in the custom loops

So... Back in the days the temperature becme tho issue, so we mounted heat sink, then the frequency became the issue so we made multiple core cpus, and we're back the temp again. 😉

I'd be too scared to hang that thing of my motherboard, the strain it must be putting on the socket must be insane.

Sorry, Linuz, but this was a plain, misleading advertisement. Totally unprofessional of you, even with the "disclaimer" added at the end saying there was no significant difference between the proper sized water cooling and this "Ice Giant" (someone is compensating...).

In my evaluation, both this new monstrosity (which is actually nothing new in technology), and the water-transmitted cooler are adequate to cool that extreme environment killer processor; the deciding factor would be the noise generated, which you have so conveniently forgot to measure.
Furthermore, I suspect that water cooling would have won this game easily, as the water pipes lead the heat directly outside of the chassis, so no additional fans needed to do that, which in turn reduces the noise the PC generates.
So yeah, I hope you have earned enough on this, as you have just ruined your credibility as I am concerned.

Just dunk it all in mineral oil, then pump that through a fridge/freezer. If you're concerned about pump failure, have your cool side reservoir higher than the hot side and non-PD pumps.

there is one things that I don't understand I know that physically fan push more then they pull said that way it seams dumb, but I mean if your in front of the fan you chill out better then if you are behind it to get the fan suck the air heat of your;
So why are all fan of heatsink shooting out of the heatsink instead of into it?!, also heat goes up so the fan should be placed below the heatsink toward the upper with a top fan pushing the air out.
That's how I understand thermodynamic... but I haven't seen yet any coolant system taking those things into consideration so... juste wondering why?
Prolly I'm missunderstanding things or missing some cues.

Thermosiphon. Cutting edge technology, for the early 20th century. You realize thermosiphons are how Model A's cooled their engines, right? This is so fucking stupid.

Alright, but why not just make a heat pipe with a different liquid that has a higher boiling point? Yeah, small CPUs might not be able to evaporate it at all, but just put a little disclaimer on the box!

Unless you are accounting for the fan variable, by using the same fans on all coolers, you dont really know how well it performs relative to the others.

As said, the unit uses high rpm noisy fans.

It would be so cool in like 10-20 years to have some cooling device that simply doesn't allow your components to go above 20-30° C.
